Technical Support Specialist
As a Technical Support Specialist, I bring over seven years of industry experience to the table. My expertise lies in providing technical support to clients through various channels, such as phone, live chats, and helpdesk systems.
I have recently graduated from the Computer Systems Technician program at Niagara College. This academic pursuit has honed my ability to work efficiently in teams and provided me with hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting computer hardware and software, including desktop systems, operating systems, networking switches, routers, and server racks.
Outside of work and studies, I am deeply passionate about the technical field. I enjoy building computers, setting up servers, and playing video games, contributing to my continuous learning and growth in this industry.
